I regularly use these shuttles during squad training sessions, particularly for warm-ups and structured routines.
They offer great value when used purposefully, ideal for developing control, feel, and touch during drills.
While I’d recommend a different shuttle for match play, these are a reliable and cost-effective option for training environments.
