Volant Shipping Time Estimates

Rest assured, we will always process your order as quickly as possible. 

See below for the estimated shipping times for your region or country. Please note that:

• Orders generally require 4-5 business days (Monday to Friday) for processing. This includes the individualised stringing of your racket to your specifications.
• Once your order has been processed & shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
• Please allow for public holiday delays and other unforeseen delays.
• Some countries may impose a tax or levy on arrival into your country, often known as DDU. This is not a shipping cost in itself and is unfortunately outside of our control as it is controlled by the country that your order will be delivered to.
