Rest assured, we will always process your order as quickly as possible. 

See below for the estimated shipping times for your region or country. Please note that:

• Orders generally require 4-5 business days (Monday to Friday) for processing. This includes the individualised stringing of your racket to your specifications.
• Once your order has been processed & shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
• Please allow for public holiday delays and other unforeseen delays.
• Some countries may impose a tax or levy on arrival into your country, often known as DDU. This is not a shipping cost in itself and is unfortunately outside of our control.
