I just can't find a better racket than this. Improved my game. Durable and great quality.
Good
From the the initial order to arriving at the door, it took ~5 days. The racket was well packaged and was not damaged during transit. You get the racket and a nice padded bag/case with a Volant template stencil if you need to restring etc.
I'm a beginner/intermediate social player who has a number of rackets which includes Yonex Astrox 88D pro, Kawasaki King K9, Yonex Arcsaber 11 play and a Yonex Nanoflare clear. The Rogue S1 falls somewhere between the K9 and Clear. It is a really nice even balance racket even more so than the Arc 11 Play which kind of feels slightly heavier on the head.
Looks wise (very subjective) the Rogue S1 is more "apple" esque in terms of simplicity of colour and pattern vs my other racket collection. Its different, and it makes it unique in its own way. I like the simplicity approach here (some may not like it but it works for me).
Play wise, its a good racket for when you have an off day (i.e. not playing at your best) or when you start to slow down from fatigue etc. The racket is very nicely evenly balance and has a nice flex. I'm able to play good drop shots to defence at mid line to clearing / good accurate smashes from the baseline. Its not generating as much power vs my 88D pro but its more forgiving when I'm not hitting it as accurately with the majority of my clears / smashes on target. I enjoy playing with it as it adds variety to my play style when I switch to it from my other rackets.
I think the racket offers a pretty good value…
Good product, value for money. In a first try, quite adjusted well. Enjoyed clear smashes with accuracy. One of good raquet in my fleet. Thanks to the seller.
Good feature gives you a good control feeling.
