Some of us train a lot. Some of us train a little. Some not at all.
Regardless of which category you fall into, we want to make sure that when we're on court, we make the best of it because let's face it - with our busy lives, it's likely that we don't get to spend as much time playing or training as we'd like.
And that's what Episode 3 of The Badminton Podcast is all about.
Introducing our guest, Aaron Tan.
He's a former national player for the Singapore National Badminton team, who represented Singapore in numerous international tournaments and multiple major games such as Southeast Asia Games 2003, 2005 & 2007, Commonwealth Games 2006 and Thomas Cup qualifiers. He now devotes his time to developing the next generation of players in Singapore.
He is currently coaching the Singapore National Intermediate Squad and running A-Forze Badminton Academy to nurture future players.
In this episode, Aaron talks about his past experiences as a player and a coach, and the fundamental mindset behind getting the best out of yourself at every training session – which can be applied to all aspects of life.
